What we stand for

An unsubluxated profession.

Chiropractic has a distinct role in the world. We exist to help chiropractors and the profession identify the interference keeping that role from being fully understood, expressed, and experienced.

What we believe

What would an unsubluxated profession look like?

Start with what chiropractic already knows. A living system is built to organize, adapt, and heal itself. It does not need to be told how to thrive. It needs to be free of the interference stopping it. Vertebral subluxation is that interference, and correcting it is not about adding something to the body. It is about clearing what is in the way so the body can do what it was designed to do.

A profession is a living system too. It has its own interference: language that obscures rather than clarifies, structures that pull against its purpose, and conversations that never quite happen. The work is the same. Find what is blocking expression, correct it precisely, and let the system do the rest.

An unsubluxated profession can recognize its own interference and do something about it. For us, that begins with four commitments.

  1. 01

The principle applies to the practice, too.

Chiropractors locate and correct interference in others, but they cannot check and adjust themselves.

The same is true for their own practices.

This is why an outside perspective is so necessary to reveal the business subluxations affecting communication, leadership, systems, or growth, to help the practice make a more precise correction.

  2. 02

    Better questions create better answers.

Real progress begins by examining what is happening beneath the symptoms. That applies to a struggling practice, a divided profession, and chiropractic's persistent communication problem.

The Squad asks the questions that expose assumptions, clarify the real issue, and open up more useful possibilities.

  3. 03

No one moves a profession alone.

Chiropractic advances when the people shaping it are willing to talk with one another. We bring together practitioners, researchers, educators, leaders, organizations, and entrepreneurs, including people whose perspectives differ from our own.

Agreement is not required. But honest, transparent conversations are.

  4. 04

The profession needs a better analysis.

Chiropractors should have one place where they can find useful information, fresh perspectives, trusted resources, relevant events, and the people doing important work across the profession.

Some will begin with a podcast episode. Others may need a tool, a conversation, or a specialist who can help them move forward.

Becoming that place also means giving credible practice partners and organizations a reason to participate, contribute, and become easier to find.

What this means in practice

We find interference and create connections.

Subluxation Squad asks better questions, creates honest conversations, and connects chiropractors with the people and resources that can help them strengthen their practices and move the profession forward.

Through the Squadcast, the Switchboard, events, and the Practice X-Ray, we help chiropractors engage at the depth they need and take the next useful step.
